…Mẹ Minnie thường nghĩ vậy khi gặp một em bé ngoan, và mình biết chắc chắn có lý do để em bé ngoan như thế, mình muốn tìm tòi, học hỏi những điều đó, mình không tin vào may rủi, hay số phận !!!!

Những đứa trẻ sinh ra như những tờ giấy trắng. Những nhận thức, hành vi trong 6 năm đầu đời (đặc biệt là 3 năm đầu) của con gần như quyết định bức tranh cuộc đời của con sau này. Con khó có thể tự mình hoàn thiện một bức tranh đẹp, nếu ba mẹ cùng đồng hành với con, cẩn trọng từng nét vẽ lên đó, chắc hẵn sẽ có một bức tranh tuyệt vời.

Nhà giáo dục Sukhomlynsky có một câu nói rất nổi tiếng: “Trong vườn hoa tâm hồn của nhân loại, đóa hoa yên bình nhất, đơn giản nhất, đẹp nhất, chính là sự giáo dục của con người.”

Người lớn chúng ta thường có những suy nghĩ rằng :”Bé còn nhỏ biết gì đâu, bé còn nhỏ không hiểu chuyện, bé còn nhỏ hư xíu cũng được, bé còn nhỏ sao làm được việc này việc kia… v…v” rồi tự áp đặt suy nghĩ đấy lên bé con luôn.

Và đấy chính là những suy nghĩ làm giới hạn khả năng của con trẻ !!! Khả năng của con người là vô hạn, chỉ có suy nghĩ bị giới hạn thôi.

Minnie của mình từ 14 15 tháng đã biết tự dọn dẹp đồ chơi, tự đặt lại đồ vật vào vị trí cũ sau khi dùng xong. Hiểu rõ được khẩu lệnh “Không” của mẹ để dừng việc đang làm lại. Luôn nói “Dạ con cám ơn, dạ con xin lỗi, con yêu mẹ…” Biết được đồ vật này của ai, của ai để không đòi, không đụng tới. Mỗi lần mình dắt con đi nhà sách, con không hề đòi mua cái này cái kia hay ăn vạ để được mua. Con rất thích đấy, nhưng nghe ba mẹ nói không mua, con sẽ tự đi cất lại đúng vị trí mà con lấy… 19 tháng con đã tự làm được những việc cá nhân đơn giản như mang – cởi giày, cất giày. Cởi áo, mặc quần, rửa tay trước khi ăn, đánh răng trước khi ngủ, tự chơi khi mẹ bận. Phụ mẹ những việc đơn giản như lau chùi bàn ghế, nhặt rau, bóc trứng, lấy đồ… Từ 9 tháng con đã ăn cơm thô tốt và có nếp tự ngồi ăn ngoan cùng cả nhà, con xử lý thức ăn rất tốt, ăn cá có xương có thể tự lè xương ra, ăn dưa hấu không cần mẹ bóc hạt, con sẽ tự nhè hạt ra, ăn gì cứng con đều lấy ra đưa mẹ và nói :”cứng”, chưa bao giờ bỏ những vật lung tung vào miệng. Con không ăn vặt trước giờ cơm. Hôm nọ đi chơi, bà nội cho con quả quýt, con nói với bà :”Ăn cơm xong mới được ăn”…khi ấy con khoảng 17 tháng, bà nội trợn mắt nhìn bé 😊… và nhiều điều nữa.

Mình không khoe con giỏi, mình chỉ muốn nói rằng, mình đã cố gắng rất nhiều để “học làm mẹ”, để hiểu con, và để tin vào con.

Và mình luôn tin rằng, bất chứ em bé nào cũng có khả năng làm được những nhiều như trên và nhiều nhiều điều hơn nữa !!! Chỉ cần ba mẹ dành thời gian bên con, hướng dẫn cho con.

📍”Minnie sinh ra đã ngoan ngoãn, hiểu chuyện” – Không có gì là tự nhiên cả, nếu không hướng dẫn, không dạy thì làm sao con biết được mà làm.

Trẻ con mới sinh ra sống theo bản năng và nhu cầu. Trẻ con thường sẽ sống ở phần Con nhiều hơn, hành động theo bản năng và chưa biết Đúng – Sai và cách thể hiện sao cho Đúng.

Nếu mẹ để con phát triển theo bản năng. Thì quá trình con tự phát triển thành “Con Người” sẽ dài hơn, khi đấy sẽ đúng cho câu : “Bé còn nhỏ biết gì đâu”. Nếu mẹ nghĩ rằng con không biết gì hết, thì con sẽ không biết thật, vì con có cơ hội để được biết đâu. Với suy nghĩ “Vì con còn nhỏ không hiểu”, mẹ vô tình bao biện cho những hành vi không đúng của con, khiến con nghĩ như vậy là đúng, về sau quen rồi sẽ lại càng khó dạy hơn. Nét vẽ sai muốn xoá đi vẽ lại không dễ.

Thay vì thế, hãy dạy con những kỹ năng sống, giúp con hoàn thiện phần Người ngay từ khi bắt đầu. Mình dạy con thật ra đơn giản lắm. Mình không coi Minnie là em bé, mình coi con là Bạn. Là bạn thì cần tôn trọng, thành thật, thấu hiểu, khuyên con Đúng và Đủ. Mình không nói lệch lạc hay nói lòng vòng qua loa để dỗ dành con, mà thường nói thật, nói đủ, nói đúng và lặp lại cho con hiểu về vấn đề con gặp phải. Bộ não của con tiếp thu rất nhạy bén và con có thể hiểu rõ được lời ba mẹ nói hơn chúng ta nghĩ rất nhiều !

Ví dụ : Khi Minnie thấy ông bà ăn bánh, con đòi (trong khi bé cũng có). Ông bà thương sẽ cho bé, bé ăn được chiếc bánh của ông, sau đó lại đòi chiếc bánh của bà, nếu bà không cho thì con sẽ khóc lóc ăn vạ đến khi được cho bánh thì thôi. Nếu luôn đáp ứng nhu cầu của bé như thế với suy nghĩ : ”cháu nó còn bé biết gì đâu” thì sẽ tạo cho con thói quen xấu và sự ích kỉ, tranh giành. Nhưng mình sẽ không dỗ dành con theo kiểu nói dối rằng :”Chiếc bánh đó không ngon đâu, hay chiếc bánh này dơ quá, bánh của con mới ngon, con ăn bánh ngon này nè” mà mình sẽ nói thẳng luôn :”Minnie ơi đó là bánh của ông, bánh của bà mà ? Con cũng có bánh của con, con không được đòi như thế”, em bé khi ấy theo bản năng không có được thứ mình muốn sẽ khóc ré lên ăn vạ. Mình để cho con khóc, ông bà thấy cháu khóc thì xót lắm muốn lại dỗ nhưng mình ngăn lại, dứt khoát là “Không”. Phải nhất quán, nếu như lại dỗ con, con sẽ hiểu rằng “à cứ khóc lâu sẽ có được thứ mình muốn”… mình để một lát mới lại bồng con lên ôm để xoa dịu con, và đánh lơ sang chuyện khác như là mẹ dắt con đi xem bạn Mèo nhé, để con nín khóc và bình tĩnh lại. Sau khi con bình tĩnh, mình lại bế con lên, đưa con chiếc bánh của con và nói : “Đây là bánh của con, của con, của con. Mẹ cũng có bánh của mẹ. Bà có bánh của bà, Ông có bánh của Ông, ai ăn phần nấy”, mình tiếp, chỉ con một hướng giải quyết khác :”Minnie nếu con muốn chiếc bánh của bà, con cho bà chiếc bánh của con đi, rồi xin bà chiếc của bà, bà cho thì con nhận, không cho thì thôi nhé” (dạy con sự chia sẻ luôn, con sẽ chưa hiểu rõ được lời nói nên cần làm mẫu cho con vài lần rồi hỏi lại con)… cứ lặp đi lặp lại vài lần bé hiểu được cái gì của người khác thì không được lấy, không nên đòi hỏi. Và mình cứ chia sẻ trước nếu muốn được nhận sự chia sẻ.

Tương tự khi đưa con đi nhà sách chơi, khi con đòi mình mua thứ gì đó. Mình nghe mọi người thường nói :”Ba mẹ không có tiền mua” và em bé khóc lóc, ăn vạ. Cuối cùng ba mẹ chiều con lại phải mua, hoặc lơ đi món đồ khác, con sẽ quên đi lúc đó, nhưng những lần sau vẫn đòi, có nhiều bé lớn hơn sẽ thắc mắc :”ba mẹ không có tiền sao mua được thức ăn, vậy con sẽ nhịn ăn để có tiền mua đồ chơi”… Khi Minnie đòi, ba Minnie sẽ nói :”Không, cái này ba không mua, cái này là của mấy cô chú nhà sách. Không phải của con, con chơi xong để lại chỗ cũ nhé”, nếu bé réo khóc đòi ba mua, ba sẽ vẫn nghiêm mặt nói “Không”, con khóc một lúc ba bé sẽ bồng lên ôm để xoa dịu con, lơ qua những món khác chọc bé vui bình tĩnh lại, sau khi con bình tĩnh thì nhắc lại vấn đề cho con :”Những món đồ này của các cô chú, không phải của Minnie, con chơi xong cùng ba để bạn lại chỗ cũ nhé”, con sẽ hiểu được không phải thứ gì con muốn thì cũng sẽ phải có bằng được. Khi nào ba mẹ muốn thì ba mẹ sẽ cho, nếu con dễ dàng có được những thứ mình muốn, luôn được đáp ứng nhu cầu thì con sẽ luôn đòi hỏi và xem nhẹ, không thấy trân trọng những gì ba mẹ cho.

Bạn thân chơi lâu với nhau thường có những thói quen giống nhau, nhỉ?. Con trẻ cũng thế đấy, muốn con làm gì thì cứ làm cho con thấy thường xuyên, từ những việc đơn giản như : mời nhau ăn cơm, chúc nhau ngủ ngon, nói những lời yêu thương, chia sẻ, lời cảm ơn, lời xin lỗi, sự quan tâm… cho đến những việc như : dọn dẹp nhà, đặt đồ vật về vị trí (hỗ trợ con), vứt rác, giúp đỡ mọi người… tiềm thức của con ghi nhận sao chép lại hết và vẽ lại hết. Chỉ cần cùng con làm, tin vào con, một ngày đẹp trời ba mẹ thử giả vờ quên làm gì đấy đi, con sẽ nhắc nhở cho xem.

Lúc bầu Minnie, mình thường đọc những mốc phát triển trí não chuẩn của trẻ em. Sau khi chăm dạy con, mình mới thấy khả năng của con là vô hạn. Mình không dựa vào mốc chuẩn nữa, mà dựa vào việc hiểu tâm lý con, tôn trọng khả năng của con để theo hướng con muốn, và tiếp cận giáo dục sớm cho con. Khi mình dạy con sớm, ai cũng bảo :”bé nhỏ thế biết gì mà dạy”, mình mặc kệ, mình chỉ tin vào con thôi. Và kết quả nhận được quả ngọt, Minnie phát triển toàn diện thường vượt chuẩn trước 2 mốc so với chuẩn.  Ví dụ về việc Hiểu – Nói – Giao Tiếp, từ 17 18 tháng (mốc phát triển 12-18 tháng) con đã phát triển ở ngang mốc 30-36 tháng (hát nguyên bài, đọc thơ nguyên bài dài, nói câu dài phức tạp, biết dùng từ nối câu, dùng câu hỏi để thu thập thông tin, dùng từ sở hữu (của con, của ba, của mẹ), miêu tả cảm xúc (nóng, to, dài, đẹp…) hay chỉ vị trí (bên trên, dưới, trái, phải, xa, gần), màu sắc, hình khối, bảng chữ, số, đánh vần…..)

Tin mình đi, cứ dạy, chỉ cần ba mẹ dạy, con sẽ tiếp thu. Tiếp cận càng sớm càng tốt. Dạy mọi thứ, mọi thứ xung quanh mình, chẳng cần đâu xa. Dạy con từ quả cam, quả táo, chiếc ly nhỏ, bạn mèo con trong nhà… Đi ra ngoài cùng con thấy gì mình cũng dạy, từ số bấm thang máy, màu trên tường, đến những cành hoa bên đường, ngôi nhà, xe cộ… Không cần những món đồ chơi đắt giá, không cần chạy theo thị trường. Chỉ cần những bảng chữ, bảng hình, những cuốn sách và tương tác đúng cách, nhấn mạnh đúng cách, con sẽ tiếp được thu hết (việc này mình đã chia sẻ rất kỹ trong bài Tập Nói Sớm rồi). Mình không sử dụng bất cứ App giáo dục sớm nào cả, ba mẹ là cái App tốt nhất cho con nếu chịu khó tìm hiểu và đặt bản thân vào tâm lý của con.

Nghề nào cũng vậy, luôn luôn cần học hỏi và trau dồi, học học nữa học mãi. Mình thường học “làm mẹ” ở đâu : mình không mua sách đọc, mình thường hay google đọc mấy bài nghiên cứu khoa học và giáo dục sớm của nước ngoài, nhưng nhiều nhất là học từ những kinh nghiệm thực tế hay ở xung quanh mình, học từ ông bà mình, ba mẹ mình, anh chị em, các mẹ bỉm. Và quan trọng nhất mình cảm nhận tâm lý của con, để tìm được hướng dạy con phù hợp nhất với cả hai mẹ con. Cùng chơi mà con vui, mẹ cũng vui, vậy mới là bạn thân ha.

Mình luôn tin rằng: “Mọi đứa trẻ được sinh ra đều là thiên tài”, chỉ cần ba mẹ coi con là bạn, đừng coi con là em bé nhaaa.
